Staying safe on a video call

Keep personal details to yourself

• Do not share your full name, address, workplace, phone number or social media accounts.
• Never send money, gift cards or payment details to anyone outside the app. Coins are only bought inside RabbitGurl.
• Be careful with what your camera shows behind you — letters, screens and windows can say more than you think.

You are always free to leave

You can hang up at any moment, and you never owe anyone a reason. On a random match you can simply move on to the next one.

Report someone

If someone behaves badly, end the call and use Report in the app. For anything else, contact support.

Payments

Calls are paid per minute in coins bought inside the app. If something about a payment looks wrong, write to support with the date and the amount.

RabbitGurl is for people aged 18 and over. If you think someone under 18 is using the site, report it.
